STERI-TOP* lids are made from highly polished AISI 304 grade stainless steel meeting the same high quality standards as the STERISYSTEM* DRY-BASE* instrument trays. The lids have four silicon corners. These silicon corners allow for ergonomic opening and closing of the instrument tray. The silicon corners hug along the top wire of the tray and secure the lid to prevent small lightweight instruments to be blown out of the instrument tray during the washing or sterilization processes. All the components of the STERI-TOP* lids are resistant to the washing and autoclave conditions (high temperatures steam and vacuum) as well as to the most common chemicals used in hospitals. The lids are available for small mid and full sized DIN and ISO configuration instrument trays. The corners' silicon acts in an anti-slip capacity that prevents trays from sliding or shifting when unused trays are stacked.
