Silicon Mat for PERFO-SAFE* Wire Baskets and Shelves

The silicon mat is mainly used in the central sterilization department and is placed between the wrapped instrument tray and the wire shelf or basket.  The silicon mat is made of material which is resistant to wear, chemicals, and bacteria, which makes it suitable for repeated used in the central sterilization department. 

Anti-Slip Function

The excellent non-slip properties of this mat help to mitigate the movement of the pack during transportation which helps reduce potential for damage or perforations that could occur during transportation of the pack.

Silicon

The material which the mat is made is temperature resistant from -40°F to 392°F.

Design

The specific design of this mat ensures uniform heat distribution and permeability of the steam within the autoclave.
